ICT calls skills.

With my prior skill that was learned when i was in 10th grade, i could at least manage to adjust in the ICT environment. If I had not leaned that skill I would have faced problems which make us feel low when comparing to those who are skilled in it. I could see few friends facing problems in using the ICT and they get frustrated with it. In these world a person with no skills of using ICT  would be handicapped and  lag behind.
